Definitely recommend staying here - great location, great breakfast, clean room!

Breakfast was divine, location is great around 20-30mins walk to central areas...very happy!

Our room was a bit noisy!

Great location/staff and food but unless they up their game we wont be hurrying back

the staff (in particular Alexander) were excellent and super helpful. breakfast was excellent and the food at the restaurant was very very good. Dont miss it !

hotel felt tired- facilities in rooms felt like done on a budget they know this though and have plans to recitify it- but it needs more than new carpets to match the quality we were expecting. There wasn't anywhere to sit, read a paper and have a beer ! They could create some really nice spaces in the garden but they haven't.

Lovely hotel on a quiet street with amazing breakfast

Lovely rooms, spacious, but the breakfast was the stand out - totally exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately an Apple Watch and charger was taken from a bedroom, we now think potentially via the ground floor window if it had been left unlocked (otherwise perhaps because there was some renovation work going on at the time in the hotel). Hotel staff were very helpful and investigated thoroughly, but sad that it happened as marred an otherwise absolutely excellent stay.

Amazing hotel for a relaxing couple’s trip to Rome!

We LOVED the large jet tub! Honestly, that was one of the search criteria I had for a room. I knew we would be doing a LOT of walking and I wanted to have a hot tub to relax in each evening. Totally met our expectations! We also loved the Lavazza coffee machine in the room! They did a great job restocking the coffee pods and accessories. The location of the hotel was great, too. It was close enough to walk to everything we wanted to see, but far enough to be in a less busy part of town.

The price was a little high, not crazy, just a tad spendy for the room. There were several little things around the room that were either broken or loose (like the toilet paper holder, some trim pieces, etc.) Also, they had these cool bath bomb things for the hot tub, but they never restocked them after we used them the first night. That could be our fault though, we never asked for more and maybe they don’t automatically replenish those.

Little 5* hotel in Rome

Little 5* hotel with a great location in a residential area of Rome, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Rome but few minutes away from Piazza del Poppolo. Little hotel with Michelin starred restaurant, no other services. No fitness center, no gym no spa. Grazia, the night manager was very friendly. Room was small and the furniture was a bit torn.

Noisy rooms around the staircase, We could hear the converations of the staff of the restaurant after their night shift and again the converations of the staff starting the morning shift early in the morning. I had to call front desk around midnight to ask them to lower their voice. Our room was facing the main street, poor insulation and street noise (cars and trucks).

Great location but very simple hotel

Great location! But not a 5-star hotel. No lobby, no bar... Breakfast is in a cellar, the terrace is abandoned, very basic room amenities, everything very simple.

It's probably a 4-star hotel, so the property should present itself as such.

Lovely staff, beatify building but it’s not worth the price, I’m not sure how it gets it’s rating

Location and staff were exceptional

It is not a 6 star hotel, rooms nice but bathroom has mould , room nice looking but is not 5 star everything not looking special, pillows on bed terrible, mini bar has 2 small bottles of water

Amazing breakfast, great staff, large clean rooms and real value for money

On arrival the staff were friendly and assisted with urgency. They were personal and spoke about the messaged we had exchanged which really makes a difference.

The bathroom was a little tired but the shower pressure was fabulous, the bathroom was clean and big.

Perfect location, friendly staff and a successful company trip thanks to H'all Tailor Suite

We've just returned from a whole company organised work trip. The trip was an incentive so it needed to be special. We loved the Tailor Suite. They were great. The staff were very very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel breakfast was great, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Everyone on the trip said the location is perfect for being able to visit the different parts of Rome.

Although there were no complaints, the only thing we could say is the rooms possibly need to be updated/tidied up slightly. There were a few things not working in the rooms etc. That being said a lot of the group didn't spend any time in the hotel so it wasn't a major issue at all.

Liked the staff they we're lovely and our room was nice. Also a good location just a short walk from everything.

We struggled on the breakfast. We're vegan and gf. The waiting staff didn't seem to understand dietary requirements and kept offering us croissants. Lovely. But they don't match to any of those requirements. Even though we'd given prior notice.
